Coffee substitutes for night shifts

Consumption of gallons of coffee is nothing new here.
We have all overdosed on caffeine umpteen times before exams and then carried that habit along.
I remember my college would shut the hospital canteen by 10 pm so we wouldn’t run to coffee and stay there avoiding duty.
What are some healthy substitutes in place of coffee to keep you going through the arduous 36 hour night shifts???

Try green tea, coconut water, soaked almonds, dark chocolate, or just quick walks and deep breaths they work better long-term!

Even I used to have late night coffees. But now I have to make my coffee and do the dishes so I avoid doing them.

Add butter to coffee - it’s like sustained release coffee. Works for me (I’m thin af, don’t care about butter tbh)
