Clove helps, but dentist heals

Clove can help with tooth pain, but only for a short time. The oil in clove, called eugenol, numbs the area and reduces pain. Don’t use the whole clove or keep it overnight. It’s not a cure. See a dentist soon—this is just a temporary home remedy.

Cloves have natural analgesic and antibacterial properties, providing temporary relief from toothaches.

However, they are not a substitute for professional dental care.

A dentist is the ultimate doctor for teeth, offering expert diagnosis, treatment, and prevention for optimal oral health.

Consult a dentist for persistent tooth pain or dental issues.
