One simple Ayurvedic routine I personally follow is oil pulling — swishing a spoonful of sesame or coconut oil in the mouth first thing in the morning, before brushing.

Also I do tongue scraping, consuming fresh warm food with moderate amount of spices, consumption of ghee, intake of buttermilk, oiling foot massage before bedtime.
