Sometimes my life seems like an intense medical thriller. Sometimes it’s me bickering with my alarm, WiFi, and chai. On those days where I wake up before my alarm goes off, I am inspired by some super productive figure in life. If the opposite happens and the alarm wakes me up, it seems like an act of aggression against me. In case the bus or train comes right when I arrive at the stop, it suddenly proves that there is destiny and karma in life. In case the public transportation leaves exactly one minute earlier, it’s an experiment for social sciences conducted by the universe. One delicious cup of chai or coffee gives me all the energy for living and studying, while one bad cup makes me rethink humanity altogether.
What’s your go to “thing” that decides if your day goes better or not?
My one go to thing has been going to the gym in the morning which truly elevate my mood. Though you can’t make it on all the days, the days which had started with gym has been more productive
Spending some time with my dog as soon as I wake up. It’s the most important part of my routine. No matter how early or late I wake up, first thing I do as soon as I wake up is look for my dog and sit down pet it for atleast 10 to 20 mins. Looking at her beautiful face is the perfect start for my day!
This feels too relatable ,Some days feel like a medical thriller, and some days it’s just me fighting with my alarm, chai, and deadlines. One good cup of chai can fix everything, while one missed bus suddenly makes life feel personal.
