Why I always study standing for the first 10 minutes”

Whenever I start studying, I spend the first 10 minutes standing at my table.

It keeps me alert, stops me from feeling sleepy, and boosts focus right away.

After that, sitting and continuing feels much easier.

I don’t do this , but if it actually works I’ll try to put it in my study routine

I don’t do this but I’ll definitely be giving it a try. Looks like a great hack! :raising_hands:

Interesting habit studying standing for the first 10 minutes is smart! It’s amazing how changing your posture can kickstart focus and alertness. After grounding yourself upright, sitting down feels more intentional and productive. I might just try this trick next session thanks for sharing.

That’s actually a smart habit! Standing for a few minutes before studying helps activate your body and mind. I’ve noticed that when I sit down immediately, I feel lazy and distracted. But standing first makes me feel more serious and ready to focus.

This is an interesting hack, and it makes sense because the brain has been proven to be more efficient when involved in light physical activity, such as walking around or jogging. This is something I would definitely try, Thank You for sharing!

Nice trick.

nice trick.

Really, worth to know about it.

That’s such a clever hack! :fire: Standing for the first 10 minutes almost works like a warm-up for the brain — it shakes off sleepiness and builds instant focus. I usually walk around and revise flashcards before sitting down, and it makes studying feel less heavy. Definitely adding your “10-minute standing rule” to my routine! :raising_hands:

Nice trick but if I will try then I will be indulged in thinking without start for study
