Many pharmacy students feel confused about picking a specialization because they donāt yet know what suits them best whether lab work, paperwork, clinical care, or writing. They usually make decisions based on what interests them, what jobs are available, salary potential, advice from seniors or mentors, and how well it aligns with their skills and longāterm goals.
yes. this is my current situation. i am much more interested in pharmacology and also regulatory affairs. it creates a lot of confusion on what to choose
even after all calculation still choosing the worst
It purely depends on each personās interst and expertise. I decided to choose Clinical Research and Pharmacovigilance for my PG Diploma since I have a keen interest on clinical trials, research, drug safety analysis and data. If you are one who is interested in formulations and productions, then your stream would be Pharmaceutics. If you are more into drugs action, mechanism, pharmacology, then Pharmacology would be the ideal choice. Try understanding your area of interest and expertise, then choose the specialisation accordingly.

Many people give us many suggestions, but we have to select what we like and we should know in which field we are more interested, then only we should select because we donāt want to feel any guilt in future for choosing this field.
Yes many pharmacy graduates will feel because the Pharmacy field is belived earlier itās just about dispensing medications. From past few years everyone got to know about itās importance and value in various specializations . But they are less people who are doing it. So absolutely there will be confusion
