Walking outside is really good for the body. It gets to move in a natural way because of all the different things you walk on and the different speeds you walk at. This helps with balance and posture. Just being able to do everyday things. At the time being outside in nature really helps to calm you down and make you feel better. It is very good, at reducing stress and improving your mood. Walking outdoors also helps you focus again which is something that walking inside does not do as well.

Nature-based activity is really good for the health of our heart. It helps to lower our heart rate and our blood pressure. When we are outside in the sunlight our body makes vitamin D. People really like walking and they keep doing it all the time. This is because outdoor walking is fun and people can make it a habit that they do for a time. Nature-based activity and outdoor walking are very good, for us.

By supporting physical, mental, and emotional well-being simultaneously, green exercise represents a simple yet powerful approach to health. Sometimes, less structured exercise in the right environment delivers greater benefits than longer, indoor sessions.

Sometimes, where you exercise matters more than how long you exercise.

In this era of living within a concrete jungle, being able to get fresh air is a rarity. Taking long walks provides the required oxygen while refreshing the mind and body. It improves concentration and provides inner peace and calmness.

It highlights something we often forget in our very gym centric view of fitness. The way you explain green exercise makes it feel accessible and achievable for everyone, not just people who follow strict workout routines. Emphasizing that even short walks in nature can have meaningful benefits is especially encouraging for those who feel intimidated by long or intense workouts.

I have been regularly walking since 3 years now. The kind of positivity I feel when i walk through the greenery is unexplainable.

Such an important post this is! Nature is a medicine that has the capability to heal us, but living within the concrete jungles makes it difficult for everyone to access this supreme facility.

Green exercise. Good post.:+1:

Any physical activity that takes place in a natural, green environment provides both physical and psychological benefits for our well-being. Activities such as walking or running in a park, gardening, or a brisk walk under heavy tree cover often provide greater mental health relief than indoor exercise.
