For me, it was pharmacology—especially drug classification! The other subject was Oral Medicine and Radiology, which literally gave me nightmares. Not because the subject was difficult, but because I was intimidated by the faculty.

I’d say Biochemistry and Ophthalmology were the most volatile for me.
