Its definitely Pharmacology
and also struggled with PEPE in my 5th year
it would be Medicinal Chemistry. The structures and SAR still give nightmare to people.
Who are pharma people?
They the medicine dispensers , what is usually said among people.
Its sad to here this.
In my opinion, Medicinal Chemistry gave me the most sleepless nights! 
The reactions, mechanisms, and synthesis pathways were a real brain workout.
But honestly, every subject had its own challenge pharma life isn’t easy.
Pharmaceutical Organic Chemistry, Those synthesis make me awake overnight and I’ve given the exam in the morning without any sleep,I still remember those days.

For me, Medicinal Chemistry was a nightmare , all those reactions and structures! And Pharmacology wasn’t any easier with endless drug classes and side effects.
