My nana ji once told me a story about his friend who could literally hear Vividh Bharti radio in his ears ….without a radio! ![]()
The reason?
He had a gold restoration in one tooth and a silver filling in another.
Somehow, this metallic combo acted like a tiny antenna + detector, picking up radio signals right inside his mouth!
Science says it might happen – metal fillings, saliva, and the right signal conditions can mimic a crystal radio set. But it’s so rare that many call it a myth.
Question -
Do you think this was pure coincidence, an amazing example of dental physics, or just a fun urban legend?
