When we sleep, we dream and sometimes we dream about the future. What is this phenomenon called ?

•Precognitive Dreaming (or) Premonitory dreams:-

Dreaming about events before they actually happen in real life. People sometimes report having seen places, People’s conversations or even accidents in dreams that later come true.

Scientifically, it’s still not fully understood, and could be -

-Coincidence or pattern recognition.

-Subconscious processing.

-Memory distortion.

Most dreams occur during REM (rapid eye movement) sleep.

How does it work?

Have you ever felt like this?

That called precognitive dreams or premonitory dreams.

People believe that the dream they saw will be happen in future and some of the cases says that truly but it’s not scientifically proven that the dream you’ll see will be happen in future !!

That feeling is surreal like your mind already knew what was coming. While it’s easy to brush off as coincidence, it does make you pause. Sometimes, your brain picks up on things you didn’t consciously notice, and they show up in dreams before life connects the dots. It’s not fully understood, but it definitely gives you chills when it happens.
