We should believe our gut feelings, you’ve heard this several times. But can we predict the future just before it’s happening?
On October night in 1989 a 4 year old girl was shocked awake by a phone ringing and then screaming. She crept out of her bedroom and tiptoed barefoot along the hallway’s clay vinyl tile stumbling upon her mother and heard that his father died in a car accident. From the moment she’d thrown her arms around her father as he boarded his flight for that fateful trip, she knew she would never see him alive again. That girl was awake in a way that she never was. After sometime she realised I was more than an imagination. These kind of episodes are termed precognition.
Precognition is something which puzzles the brain and even scientists, physicists are admitting that they don’t know how it really works. They are now questioning whether time is linear or not? Precognition suggests that our consciousness might actually read beyond the linear perception of time according to parapsychologist Dean Radin, PHD, chief scientist at the Institute of Noetic Science.
Radin says, “ Time is not how we experience it on an everyday level.” So in simple terms it is an alleged ability to perceive future events before it happens, often through extra sensory perception like dreams and visions.
What do you think about precognition? Have you ever experienced something like this?
