What would you choose, stand or sit?

We often discuss how prolonged sitting comes with side effects, from back pain to reduced physical activity.

Meanwhile, standing desks have gained popularity as an alternative to prolonged sitting. But, standing for a prolonged time has its effects on your body too.

If next day at your work, you are given an option to choose between a standing desk and sitting, which one would you choose and why?

Standing for a long time, every day also can lead to certain health issues , can affect blood circulation

Prolonged standing can cause varicose veins, chronic leg pain, fatigue and lower back disorders. These are common in surgeons, nurses teachers, factory and retail workers.

So I will prefer sitting.

I think Switching between standing desk and sitting can he more helpful. Also if the back pain is constant, a healthcare’s consultation should be taken

Prolonged standing can also affect our our health and various terms such as it disturb our blood flow, and sometime it’s very painful for woman’s if they are in the mensuration, it would be very Harsh to them.

Standing for longer time would also be more harmful than sitting for the same time as standing.
