I guess it was cough syrup. I hardly suffered with fever but I easily got cough due to allergies.

Paracetamol syrup was my first medicine in childhood as it’s one of the safest and most commonly used medicines to reduce fever and relieve pain in children. What’s surprising is how it works quietly inside the body by blocking chemicals that cause pain and fever, without upsetting the stomach like some other medicines can. It’s also carefully dosed to be gentle yet effective for kids, making it a trusted choice for parents worldwide.

I don’t exactly remember my first medicine, but I always hated syrups! That smell and taste used to scare me more than the fever itself. Even as a kid, I preferred tablets is better option.
