After B.Pharmacy the correct way to choose a career is to either decide in the first half of the career whether he or she wants because students often realise it later or at the end of their degrees whether what to pursue and the choices are pretty difficult.
Either it be masters or MBA the outcome is rewarding and if students want to pursue a PG diploma or a certification skill which requires a better salary package and a high rewarding job

Where you can really make a difference in drug manufacturing and R and D
Being a scientist or etc

After B.pharm , there is industry option . you can get reputable job. but if you want to do research then go for masters. As with masters degree more options open.
