@deepraj Don;t do MR job if you cannot burn your ego , because in sales and marketing , a person burn the ego in front of doctors and do regular visit ,then he agree to sale product or prescribe your product.
BA,MA , MSC students also moving to MR job and even 12 th fail also move to Mr jobd , for me don;t go for Mr jobd.

Answer of this question is totally depends on person to person.
If you are someone Who’s in need of a job, then MRship is an easy catch, though this jobs comes with loads of field work and stress.

If you are economically stable, I’d suggest going for an MBA, rather a general MBA, because when you are throwing your net into the sea, try to catch as many fish as possible.

If you have a scientific temperament, then go for research fellowship, M.pharma and PhD.

If you are someone who’s thrilled to go to a foreign land and work hard, then you can prepare for foreign examinations as well, ultimately, dollars are pricier than rupees.

In conclusion, one should go according to their calling and their monetary condition.

After completing B pharma , the best move is to choose a goal which is practical and also you are passionate about. There are choices between going for M. Pharma , or entering the pharmaceutical industry, clinical research, drug inspector, drug regulatory affairs,or pursuing medical writing. Government exams , GPAT,NIPER or MBA is also a path you can go for.

Firstly, along with B pharm you should possess certification courses that enhance your leadership, problem solving and communication skills. Also, you should do courses that help you know about the industrial sector (something beyond the academic world). This would help you secure a job after your bachelors and then you could pursue your masters for better skill development.
