- The very first is the oils/ fats part : it is the smallest part means it should be consumed in very small portion. The amount of oil should be less in everyday meals. It is required to energy and vitamin absorption. Sources: ghee, and oils .
- The second is the Proteins part : This part is very important because consuming protein is important for muscle building and repair. Sources : Chicken , Meat (do not consume red meat ) eggs vegetarian source is pulses .
- The third is Vegetables & Fruits : Which is rich in vitamins and minerals. and helps improve immunity and digestion problems. Sources : All types of vegetables, and consume seasonal fruits only.
- The forth is Grains & Cereals : Should be consumed in high amount. Which provide energy (Carbohydrate) to our body. Sources : Rice , chapati , Oats.
Also the consume water according to your weight for every 20kg of weight 1 liter of water should be consumed . Also doing proper exercise in the morning also plays important role
exercise plays 20% role and the major role is played by our diet which is 80% .
The balance plate also shows the consumption of people working in farm . which is exactly we should consume.
It is correctly said that we should consume lunch like king and dinner like poor. Because its not always about quantity of food its about maintaining proper time of eating and also the quality of food we consume.
