What options are available post engineering instead of working ? In which field can we pursue masters ?

You can do masters in same biotechnology field else in biomedical engineering and chemical engineering. You can do MBA in Biotechnology as well or MS or MS by research as the later can give you research experience if you want to go for Ph.D. further.

You can write the GATE or GRE enterances and opt for a masters program in either biomedical engineering or biotechnology. There are not many core placements in the industry right after completion of a bachelors, more experience is usually necessary.
