Such wearable devices are really helpful in tracking the health status. It keeps me aware of my physical activity and specially the ‘footstep count’ that I personally follow the most and try my best to achieve the target on daily basis.
I have, but personal it didn’t help me much. I feel it’s more helpful for people who find it difficult to stick to a regimen and need motivation to go to gym/ keep track of steps.
