How Much Water Should We Drink Daily?

Amount of water person needs depends on age, physical activity, climate and overall health of that person.

General Guideline:Men should drink 3.7 litres fluid per day and Women should drink 2.7 liters fluid per day.

A Common recommendation 8-10 glasses of water per day for most healthy adults.
