Why should we sleep on the sleep on left side?


It is said that sleeping on left side improves digestion, heart health, lymphatic drainage, reducing snoring and sleep apnea.
Pregnant women are also advised to sleep on left side as it reduces pressure on the inferior vena cava and improves blood flow to the uterus and fetus.
