Now a days students have so many materials to learn, different platforms to learn. They barely need a mentor which is sad.

True , today education system is way different from our parents and our generation , cirrent generation student have lots of soirces to learn from they just don’t need teachers to do so thay can also learn their curriculum through online platforms very interactive way.

The sad side to today’s teaching dynamic, the teacher is trying hard to ensure the concepts are well grasped by her students, the students on the other hand show low to no receptivity to the teacher.
My mother has been a dental surgeon for 25 years now, she also teaches in the pvt dental college she works at, she constantly mentions how students just ‘don’t bother studying a little’ before the lecture days even if its been informed.
The results of viva and practicals reflect on the teacher but it’s very unjustified.

Teaching this generation kids is not at all an easy task. Private school teachers often face low salaries, lack of job security, excessive administrative work, and limited respect for their efforts, making education a very challenging profession.

yes you are right no colleges and schools are blaming students in todays generation everyone are just blaming the teachers for their marks and judging them. Many private schools and colleges are pressurizing the teachers for getting the admissions too. If any of the faculty is not getting the admissions then that teacher is to be removed by doing the silent politics in the private colleges and schools..

True. My elder sister is a primary school teacher, and handling young children becomes quite challenging. With strict rules against shouting or any form of punishment, it sometimes becomes very difficult to maintain discipline. These days, children neither fear nor respect their teachers the way they used to. Along with this, a teacher always has to update himself learning and integrating new technologies in teaching and making it innovative.

The teachers working in private schools are generally loaded with a lot of admin responsibilties beyond their teaching duties like sports activities, cultural activities, counseling activities, event organization activities etc. There is a lot of mental pressure on them and also they have to mostly function within deadlines. Besides, in today’s era, it is very difficult to regulate children and to keep a balance in such a way that the child’s mental health is in place and the teacher can protect the mental harassment against the self too. Also smart strategies need to be created so that the children in school stay engaged during the teaching in the class and they respect the teacher’s contribution and for this a personality representation before students plays a very important role.
