What are the most relatable student struggles no one talks about openly?

Many of the struggles experienced by students today remain unspoken, partly because they have become ‘normalized’ within society. Financial dependence, academic stress, emotional well-being, loneliness, and uncertainty about the future are often observed as routine parts of student life. They may look normal externally, but they might be struggling to express it.

It is so common these days due to various reasons such as family expectations, social media influence, a competitive academic environment, and many more.

These unspoken struggles can have a significant impact on student’s mental health and overall well-being, which can lead to anxiety, depression, loneliness, furthermore impacting their future as adults.

Have you faced any of these challenges?
