The Magic of Sleep: Why You Need 8 Hours Every Night

Nicely explained the importance of sleeping. When ever i stay up late next day is tough i feel drowsy, tired and irritated. Surely one should stick to 8 hour sleeping schedule.

Thanks for sharing your insightful knowledge. Adequate sleep is most under rated activity and as important as physical exercise in our daily routine. We realize / experience the benefits only when start getting adequate hours of sleep. Although in today’s lifestyle of long works hours, travel time in metro cities, getting adequate/ necessary sleep is scarce.
