In today’s busy world we all are chasing something, we all at trying to achieve our dreams and in order to achieve that we sacrifice our sleep , not eating properly, no physical exercise, no proper rest which ultimately affect our health

Yes rest is essential cause due to continuous working our organs do feel fatigue and will not be able to continue the work .
There should be an adequate time interval of rest wil recover from fatigue and mind and body will feel fresh to work and continue work further.
