That one topic you wish someone could finally explain properly

Lets be honest - no matter how much we study or practice there is a topic we wish someone could explain so clearly that we would remember it for longer. For me it is ECG interpretation.
What is yours ? Lets see which topics haunt us the most.

For me, that topic is organic chemistry not because no one taught me well, but because i didn’t tried to understand it. I hate studying organic chemistry, but at the same time, it also seems very interesting to me.

As a B. pharmacy graduate the hardest topic for me to learn and understand is the krebs cycle in the subject biochemistry.

sex education it is very bold topic but students should know about it .
It is important to learn about it and understand it.

For me it’s biophysics. It’s an extremely interesting subject but the teacher teaching it made it sound boring and difficult.

Topic which haunted me in my pharma journey was medicinal chemistry.

As a pharmacy student i hate medicinal chemistry because it’s overly complex, full of memorization, and often feels disconnected from real-life application. The mechanisms are hard to understand, and the subject is rarely taught in an engaging way. That’s why i chose pharmaceutics during my pg.

alot alot alot,

For me physics that still haunts me. I tried to understand, got tution but no use. If someone help me to understand that subject I am ready to learn.

For me it is about the complexities in root canal treatment of molars.

as a b pharmacy graduate the hardest topic for me is biostatics because of all the complex stats.

Honestly, every pharmacy student finds medicinal chemistry hard at some point. So many structures and reactions, and mechanism of action.
But for me, during the last semester, pharmacovigilance felt even tougher. I couldn’t understand the terms and concepts properly. It was soo confusing.

Then I started using ChatGPT for help, and slowly everything became clear. Once I understood it, I found it really interesting. After that, I genuinely started liking pharmacovigilance. It became one of my favourite subjects.

As a pharmacy graduate, I did found Medicinal Chemistry very hard to study. It was not because of teaching incapabilities, but the subject was mainly based on memorizing the complex structures of drugs and its structural activity relationship. One simple mistake and the whole concept would go wrong.

I wish someone clearly explained how to choose the right career path in pharmacy. There are so many options — clinical, R&D, regulatory, teaching , but most students are confused. We really need better guidance early on.

For me it’s Pharmacoeconomics and Pharamacoepidemiology.

Everything in chemistry

For me it’s definitely maths .I always wish someone could explain it in a really simple way

As pharmacy student, its tough to memorize classification of medicine properly with their structure and SAR.
