I think team work is more efficient and if individual then the probability of becoming rich increases

Both teamwork and individual work have their own advantages. Teamwork encourages collaboration and brings in different perspectives, while individual work helps me stay focused and work in my own style. Personally, I prefer individual work. Teamwork can be great, but only if the team members understand and support each other. Without that, even teamwork won’t be effective.
This always happens to me, the team doesn’t understand me and neither do I understand the team.

but as a individual you need to give your best work to the team too for collective success of everyone

Both of them are important when you work in a group.. you have to do your work and at the same time help other people grow as well. Both are crucial. But individual dedication is utmost important when your are working alone for a goal.. like clearing some paper or exam etc
