Take this pill Nitisinone and Mosquitoes will Die

There is an ongoing study (article at MedBound Times) that shows that if humans consume this med called Nitisinone, and if mosquitoes bite humans, they (mosquitoes) will die.
This sounds promising, but the burden of eating the pill rests on humans. Not a good choice! What ya think?

Sounds interesting! Though it is focused on killing mosquitoes (insecticide resistant mosquitoes), but the drug is mainly used to treat hereditary disease (which ofcourse offers other side effects as well!).
More research needs to be done to prove it’s efficacy before consuming.
