Study Techniques: Pomodoro-how to customize

We all know and have at some point used the Pomodoro Technique to study. It is a technique where you study for a 25 min interval and then take a 5 min break and for every 4 intervals you take a long 15-30 min break.
This is not a hard and fast rule of the technique. You can always modify it according to your preference.
For example, when preparing for LAQs- you can have a 45-50 min focus interval with a 10-15 min break every interval
For SAQs 20-25 mins with 5 min breaks
Another suggestion is to try avoiding screens completely during your breaks as well, instead close your eyes and relax or listen to some music. Social media is not something that will help with relaxation.
What are your thought on how to use Pomodoro in the best way possible?

I think we all been using the Pomodoro technique but with our individual variations.

Yes, it really helps.

I always try to challenge myself and set some targets to complete them in a hour and then there is short break.

It really help to complete the targets on time and with completion of every target, it motivates to do more.

I will try surely

Pomodoro is really helpful but I feel the est way to utilise is by knowing how far your concentration ranges

I think one can tailor the duration of each study session as per one’s attention span and then increase it from there.

Good method of studying without being overstressed and overstretched.
