Explored study technique

Before cracking MDS exam i knew just reading from my old study pattern is gonna gonna work out, I need to explore some more productive methods for better prepation..
I studied various books, researched about something and will tell u some tips …

  1. Make sure you sit everyday on the same place to read.. - because place holds memory, and ur brain knows exactly what to do when u are there. Eg : when u are at bed… U automatically feel relaxed, and I feel sleepy the same way..
  2. Eat dark chocolate while studying that helps to remove fatigue,and helps in remembering.
  3. 3 if you are on a break - go out from the place you read… Because as I told u place has memory.. so if u still sit in the same place and u are on a break … Ur mind doesn’t understand that… And works in the same potential even in the break
  4. Sleep in the reasonable hours helps you to focus more for next day.
  5. Green tea - helps when u are sleepy, has antioxidants, keeps u fresh
  6. Physical activity atleast for 30 mins is essential
  7. Daily, weekly Targets and analysis of the target
  8. Last not the least most effective way is using Pomodaro technique - An extremely useful and a personal experience of productivity.
    So it’s 25-30 mins per set and after every set you will get a 5 mins break

You have to finish 4 sets and you will get a 15 mins break…

This technique provides focus, breaks gives you clearity, this technique eases your study time and you can easily achieve your set time…
