Thanks for this information. Will help lots of students.
It is very helpful
Pomodoro technique significantly helps in keeping our brain in a focused zone without it going downhill towards mental fatigue. Adopting this technique during studies can nicely assist in retaining the attention ability for a longer time-period. This also allows brain to store more information quickly without one trying much hard and thatโs why it can be useful while learning topics that seem difficult/complex. Also, the 5 minutes break here after 25 minutes of study can feel like a victory giving the brain a dopamine hit. This dopamine further helps in building motivation towards the work without procrastinating it.
Very helpful.
Same here! I used to sit for hours but not remembered anything. Once I started using the Pomodoro technique, it actually helped me stay focused and remember better. Especially during exams, it really saved me.
This would be great piece if advice for those who are preparing for upcoming exams.
It may be really helpful.
I also faced same problem while studying long hours. Mind gets tired and we forget things. Pomodoro method sounds simple and useful. Studying in short time with breaks keeps brain fresh. I will try this technique in my next exam prep. Thanks for sharing.
Totally can relate! I used to push through long hours and still feel drained. Pomodoro helped me study smarter, not harder.
Yes! I also use the Pomodoro technique, but I sometimes modify it into 50 min focus + 10 min break when Iโm in deep study mode. It really helps me fight procrastination and makes even long chapters feel manageable. The small breaks recharge me, so I donโt feel guilty or tired. Truly a game-changer for exams!
I usually study 10marks questions without wasting time in 6marks or 2marks I goo with long questions and it covers my 2-6 marks easily and they there be break for around 15min after studying even if I study only 1 question for 30mins -1hrs I take break it helps to concentrate
yes, it really helps in keeping our brains active for long hours but requires practice some people find it boring as I heard but it should be practiced and habituated to acquire its benefits.
i personally practice this technique and yes it helps me alot when i have much to prepare.
I would surely try this. The study method which I practice is sleeping after reading. It helps me recollect faster but I am not sure about its scientific accuracy.
I did the same thing in my college days.
