Researchers at the Osaka Metropolitan University have revealed research on the ‘miracle’ drug GAI-17 that had the capacity to undo brain damage and paralysis in mice.
Even after about 6 hours post-stroke the mice recovered with no major side-effects, unlocking the potential for brain damage reversal in not only strokes, but potentially Alzheimer’s and other tricky neurological disorders.
Could this be the start of a new era in our understanding of neurological disorders and disease?
