Home cooked Food :

Street Food :

  • Tasty & variety : Often, vendors specialized in one dish , perfecting its flavor and make it tempting to our tongue.
  • Affordability : low-cost option that are accessible to many people and made in minutes.
  • Risk : High risk of contamination, and high levels of salt/fats which is again a rise of sodium levels and also disturb the normal consumption of food type. If fats are increased then the risk of weight gain increases.
