Even after notice published by supreme court DMC is not giving stipend to fmgs, not only this they make us sign an affidavit stating we will not ask for stipend. What do you think stipend is an indirect way to differentiate between IMGs and FMGS?

This is a terrible form of discrimination. DMC can not compel FMGs to sign papers not to accept stipend. Has no union or organization taken up this matter?
No court case so far?

Yes, withholding stipends from FMGs despite the Supreme Court’s notice—and forcing affidavits against claiming it—can be seen as discriminatory.Stipends are meant to support all interns equally, and denying FMGs while paying Indian Medical Graduates (IMGs) creates an unfair distinction. It undermines FMGs’ contribution and reinforces bias, even though they do the same work.

There are some organisations those have took this matter to court and even DMC but no action took place. The only statement by the community members is there is no unity to fight on this topic.
