For me, Adaptability makes the biggest difference. When someone struggles to adapt to a work environment, it becomes difficult to work effectively, which eventually affects communication, teamwork, and collaboration due to a lack of willingness to adjust. Being adaptable allows professionals to integrate better, handle change, and work more smoothly with others.
