But in Pharmacy Education the more focus is on subjects like Medical Chemistry, Pharmacology

Communication skills are to be built by our own like sharing our ideas with each other. So for improving the communication skills colleges need to conduct the roleplays and group conversations about the any kind of topic that related to the pharmacy while we are studying. May be by this our skills may have improved.

Yes, this is something we learn in internship.
But, communication is an individual skill and we should try to develop it slowly by small talks and discussions with our friends and colleagues.
