Rest is definitely important, but these days most of us “rest” by scrolling Instagram, gaming, or endless chit-chat. We even panic when the phone is charging suddenly we don’t know what to do with ourselves, and it feels like we’re “wasting time.”

True rest should recharge us, not just our phones. Work is important too, but finding the right balance matters even more.

It is very important to take rest and it helps in refreshing our mind and body.

Your brain need a break sometimes. Some days, we just can’t be productive, but the guilt that comes with it is real. I struggle with that too. Did not find a way to resolve it yet.
