PILLOWS HAS YOUR BACK-PART 2

Part 1 of pillows was for upper body alignment and posture. Part 2 is lower body alignment and posture.

  1. The pillow has to be kept below your knees to maintain normal spinal curvature and alignment while sleeping straight. It also helps you to avoid back and knee problems and maintain a healthy joint and alignment.

  1. The pillow must be kept in between both the knees when sleeping on the side. It helps to maintain normal spine, hip, and pelvis posture. Thereby reducing its issues in the future.

  1. The pillow must support your pelvis area when lying on your back. It helps to maintain normal lower back spine curvature. Otherwise, not keeping the pillow increases your back curve, thereby increasing the risk of back issues.

What do you think of these pillow points? Will you focus on your sleep and posture, or will you continue to hurt your body and make yourself ill?

Pillow choice seems small, but over time it directly affects the neck, spine, and even breathing quality.
