I would beg to differ. Coming from a Lab-based field, we have always been advised to maintain the correct posture so as to not strain your neck, back and hands in the long run. And on daily basis it can make you fatigued faster. But apart from this, good posture isn’t always about health. It also gives away your vibes and personality.
