For my 3rd year MBBS, I mainly relied on:
Pathology: Robbins Review (for MCQs) & Marrow videos helped simplify concepts.
Pharmacology: Gobind Rai Garg’s book and lectures – short, crisp, and high-yield.
Microbiology: Ananthanarayan for concepts, but I stuck to class notes + Marrow for revisions.
FMT: Sumit Seth + previous year MCQs did the job well.

Other than gold standard books you can use annotated books of particular subject such as for pharmacology - GRG, medicine -dr.deepak Marwah
