Pathology is a good subject. Professor always advise to read ROBBINS book but Robbins book is a standard book to make understanding of the subject but this book is not for answer forming in professional exams.
So what should I do… which book I should prefer??
“Robbins”
“Harsh Mohan”
“Ramdas nayak”
Robbins will make fundamentals strong.
Robins is a standard book, for understanding the concept. As per your concern about the answer framing, you can prefer Harsh Mohan.
Simply to study the pathology divide each points into 5 segments which make easier i.e. 1. Disease 2. Etiological factors 3. Pathogenesis 4. Morphology changes/ Sign and symptoms 5. Diagnosis and treatment.
Robbins (basic) > RDN > HarshMohan (In my opinion)
Best I feel is a video resource (I followed Dr. Ranjit - MedEd) with a short resource like RDN is sufficient
BRS pathology as well
Robbins to make your concept.
Harsh Mohan for Exam oriented study.
Rest you can take online course and notes such as Marrow etc.
Ramdas nayak is more of last minute revision book.
Good one!
In my opinion, first read Ramdas which will make you understand the concept in simple language, then read it from Robbins.
Yes …but it takes lot of time and I am unable to form answers but yes for conceptual knowledge…it is best.
Thankyou so much
Good one strategy.
Okay …this advice is very new for me.
I will apply for sure.
