I do understand that you want to go with books to clarify your doubts but i would say pathophysiology could be best understood through YouTube videos. there are many channels that explains the concept in easy way. so rather than going through books( which will take longer time ) go through videos.

Pathology is about understanding… It’s a very interesting yet a vast subject
2 readings of a topic should be done. 1. A news paper reading of a topic 2. While reading just highlight or underline the important points.

To remember anything and everything in pathology just read in a concept of
What - is the this
How - the pathogenesis, clinical features
Why - do we have to know this (it’s histopathology and treatment part)

Always understand and read in your local or comfortable language…
Whenever you read there’s always pictures around the topic… Focus on the picture more the matter will always be around the image so you don’t put extra efforts in reading both…

Thanks it really helps.

Robbins is the standard textbook.
I used to follow Ramdas.
For histopathology-diagrams of gross and Microscopic morphology- Pathology outlines is a good website.
