Marrow, because it ensures concept based learning.
Marrow (Dr. Ila) or Dr. Vandana Puri Doc Tutorials are the ones I used and both were good.
You can take help from these lectures while majorly focusing on reading text books and making concise notes since there’s lot of information you need to remember.

Would say marrow, but if you are looking for something less time consuming would recommend Prepladder. Other then that would recommend reading Robbins for pathology in starting it’s a bit difficult but after sometime you will get the idea and won’t be needing any lectures after that.
Don’t forget to make your own hand written notes.
