There is a wide range of attractive makeup products available now and we are also influenced by the makeup tutorials by influencers on social media. :mirror:
But these products can lead to clogged pores, irritation and ageing.

We need to perform Make up Detox to let our skin breath
So what is Make up Detox?
Avoiding cosmetic products like foundation and using only skin care products - moisturiser and sun- screen. :sun_with_face:
Also staying hydrated :watermelon:

Similarly we also need one day every week for skincare detox . Most of the skincare products contains variety of chemicals . Giving our skin a break from such chemicals will let it breath and revive itself .

Yes, I agree to this point.
Excess of makeup can affect your skin quality in a bad way in long run.
So, it is very important to keep it real and natural as much as you can .

We should incorporate makeup detox in our routine. I think of it as giving skin a break and time to breathe.

Eating and drinking your skincare is also beneficial like carrots, beetroots, spinach, cucumber, etc. Water is the best skincare that you can drink. And yes detox from not only the makeup products but also regular skincare is necessary!
