Not every trend is a treat.
From harsh skin hacks to overusing blue-light glasses, quick fixes can do more harm than good. Real care needs consistency, not shortcuts. Choose mindful habits over viral trends—for your skin, eyes, and overall health.

Yes ! I am totally agree with this point .
When it comes to skincare trends, all things are not for everyone.
Every invidual skin type is different.
Dont blindly follow all the things you see on social media. Mostly young Gen got trap in this. This is all for marketing . :slightly_smiling_face:

we have to believe in making own trends
before choosing any trend, we have to look future and also feature priorities

People don’t use their brains — they just see a trend or follow influencers blindly without understanding the pros and cons, which ends up harming them later.

Well said, we talk about this but sometimes we forget about this. We should try to be more mindful about what we are doing and how it affects us. We should fact check things first or consult a doctor when required.

Its true… Its not necessary that every trends work for everyone.

Absolutely right. Because there are many trends which are very demanding and harmful to people rather than showing right path towards health care. It’s better to check or investigate proirly before implementing any trend on us

Can’t agree more, because now a days every one are only focusing on trend and it may later leads to financial distress for that person

Rightly said. Before implementing any trends out there, it is necessary to first know what that trend is all about? Whether it is real or fake? Whether it will suit your body or not? All things Should be thoroughly investigated - For our betterment only!

Yes, Some trends can be bad for our health, relationship and mental well-being. As, they might promote unrealistic beauty standards and Unhealthy behaviors like late night parties, alcohol consumption etc. Which will ultimately effect our physical and mental health.

  • Instead of following every trend blindly, we should first think about its futuristic effects and how it is going to contribute to our day to day life.

Never follow a trend, it had worse outcomes which we are not aware of.

Agree @Sakshi

In my opinion, this is absolutely true. These days people run behind trends without knowing their long-term side effects. I believe skincare and health need patience and consistency not shortcuts. We should focus more on what suits our skin rather than blindly following everything that’s popular online. They are just promoting brands.

Honestly, there are plenty of misinformation being uploaded of these viral skincare, what works for all, in the social media platforms. Every one has different skin types. What work for one might not be working for the other, particularly when it comes to some of the home remedies like using lemon or toothpaste.

I’ve observed how many of such viral hacks end up doing more harm than benefit.
