These days people are using pharmaceutical products in their everyday lives such as taking multivitamins and biotin without doctor’s prescription, retinol , glycolic acid etc . What’s your take on this ?
It should not be normalised … I mean some products can cause life long problems be it mild or more critical ones…

Same condition happened In my society intaking of combifilam paracetamol exceed and he was admitted to hospital causing minor liver problem but after knowing the reason behind it finds the combifilam paracetamol was banned by WHO

So true. People just pick up few terms and gets confused, when we start explaining the reality.
It’s seems like people become so self aware of their Heath but actually they all confused by the information overload loaded society - reels, shorts, yt videos, google, Ai chat bots. Yes people are consuming lot of tablets today but sadly most of them don’t know why are they taking those drugs. They see some terms here and there in their clouded mind and following them!!

It’s become a trend, but self-medicating with pharma or active ingredients isn’t always safe. Just because it’s common doesn’t mean it’s right, our bodies deserve expert guidance, not trial-and-error experiments!
