The high prevalence of fatty liver esp among non alcoholics is concerning.. is it the food habits or sedentary lifestyle the culprit? What should be the measure taken by those who are diagnosed with it.. what kind of exercise is the best to stay active in this case?

It’s indeed concerning to see the rising prevalence of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
Dietary factors,sedentary lifestyle & genetics are the main culprit.
What we can do to prevent it:-
Exercise to reduce weight
Healthy diet
Avoid alcohol
