If you ask to any Healthcare professionals that what can be the best medicine which an individual can have ?
I think, most of them will say - Movement. The medicine with no side effects.

But it’s easy to say but difficult to apply for some people.

So what are the best yet simple and easy to applied lifestyle modifications one can adopt to introduce movement at optimum level in their lives?
The frequency and the duration?

Looking forward for some amazing advices.

Yes, totally agree!
Movement is seriously the best and free medicine. No side effects and full benefits

But , sometimes it’s not easy for everyone to start. So here are few small things anyone can do:

Just walk after lunch or dinner for 10 mins

Do some basic stretching in morning.

Walking while talking on phone it helps.

Taking short breaks, even just a few seconds to stretch or move, can significantly boost your energy levels too.

Movement over medicine is truly the best medicine.

If you want to live your life without unnecessarily touching medicinal drugs and pursue a healthy lifestyle, then you have to prioritize your physical and mental health over laziness.
For people who are finding it hard to exercise, they can simply try to do their daily life tasks without taking someone’s help, like:

  • Prefer going to the market and grocery stores yourself rather than ordering everything from Zepto, Swiggy, etc.
  • Wash your own clothes, clean your own room, and help with other household work.
  • Go and get a glass of water by yourself; only ask when you don’t have any choice or you’re busy.
  • Try to make friends who are more active and play a particular sport like badminton, volleyball, etc.
