I’ll choose MD Medicine. I am not interested in surgery field, as mainly because of long hours of standing. I just want to check patients, write medicines, medicines,… and so on.

I will prefer Surgery over medicine because surgeon do not only focus on surgical skills but surgeon is also a good physician mean while MD medicine physician will lack in surgical skills and procedures. No doubt surgeon will lack that much knowledge comparing to MD medicine physician but with practice surgeon can improve its own PHYSICIAN skills.

I would choose medicine over surgery because I like the pursuit of the diagnosis like a detective and treating disease from it’s root rather than removing a whole organ as a treatment.

I would choose Medicine because I find more satisfaction in figuring out differential diagnoses and also don’t really have good hands-on skills :grimacing:
