European pattern is completely different than that of Indian pattern.
There’s a hug difference in terms of diseases, protocols, credit pattern, patient exposure, cadaver availability, follow-ups, rotations and living environment.

Even countries within Europe has a different pattern let’s say anything example of Belarus vs Georgia.
We can practice anatomy on cadavers in Belarus whereas cadavers are banned in Georgia.

Main difference is in epidemiology…and prevalence of particular disease in particular region

Vaccination charts vary a little, childbirth methods, patient care protocols and trauma care steps and prescription meds are strictly adherent to rules.

This topic needs a whole lengthy article to be written as there are many huge differences in the education and learning system across countries. Be it the entrance exams, clinical exposure, practical experience, stipends, recognition, research activity etc
So can u mention few specific aspects in which u want to compared

Vaccination differ a bit.
Also the feeding techniques of pediatrics.
Regional disease, or epidemiology.
Interaction with the patients.
